I spent over 7 years at Cathay Pacific Airways as a Customer Service Officer and Airport Live Support Team member, earning the Gold Heart Award for exceptional service. Alongside this, I accumulated 3 years of part-time experience in the tourism industry, including a one-year international Disney cultural exchange program, which deepened my understanding of brand experience, guest relations, and cross-cultural communication.
This background has equipped me with strong customer service skills, extensive experience in travel planning, and a genuine understanding of what makes an experience memorable.

I completed a 2-year program at Canada International Royal Arts College, specializing in Media Design and Web Development.
Throughout my studies, I built a strong foundation in graphic design and developed hands-on skills in web and media production.
My portfolio spans graphic design, character design, logo design, packaging design, campaign branding, and web design that created using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
Design Experience
During my time at BAZOOF!, a children’s content brand under Dream Wave Publishing, where I serve as a graphic designer and illustrator, contributing to digital magazine production, online content creation, and social media design.
My responsibilities included designing editorial layouts, creating custom illustrations, and producing social media assets aligned with the brand's visual identity.

A key highlight of my role at BAZOOF! was leading the design of the Spring issue of the Digi-Mag, where I overseeing the full design process from concept to delivery, ensuring the magazine's theme and vision were brought to life cohesively.
